You can return (exchange) a product ordered in our online store within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", if this product does not fall into the list of products of appropriate quality, which are not subject to exchange (return) in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172.

Mandatory conditions for returning or exchanging goods:

Separate items of exchange and return are not subject to, please order carefully and request samples if necessary.
After diagnosing the product and confirming the warranty case, we will carry out warranty repair or replacement with a similar product, if repair is impossible.
Before returning the product, you must contact the manager to complete a return application. The return is made by New Poshta.

If, during the diagnostics, it turns out that the cause of the breakdown (malfunction) is related to a violation of the rules of operation or operational loads, then you will be refused warranty repair or exchange of the product.

Return via Nova Poshta


The goods can be returned by Nova Poshta within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order.
In order to send the goods, it is necessary to get the details for sending the return from the manager by phone (096) 155 88 55.
Shipping of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
After sending the goods, it is necessary to inform the manager of the declaration number by phone (096) 155 88 55.
After the product is returned, provided that its consumer properties and product type are preserved, money is returned within 14 days after sending.

Please note:

In the case of returning goods of inadequate quality, the store will bear the shipping costs. For this, it is necessary to provide a receipt for the shipment of the goods.
If the sent product cannot be returned, the store is forced to send it back at the expense of the buyer.
Refunds, in the case of sending goods via Nova Poshta, are made to the buyer's bank account.
After the product is returned, provided that its consumer properties and product type are preserved, the money is returned by a method similar to the payment method, on the day of return or, in case of lack of money in the cash register, within 7 banking days.
