Payment:
Prepayment to the FOP account - You can pay for the order to the FOP settlement account using the details (invoice) after order confirmation.
When placing an order on the site, you will be asked to choose a payment method. In the “Payment” column, you need to select “Prepayment (Payment to the FOP's current account)”. After that, our manager will contact you to confirm the order and generate an invoice. Sending goods is possible only after confirmation of payment.
Cash on delivery - Cash payment in national currency (hryvnia) upon receipt of an order from a courier or at a branch of the Nova Poshta company.
Payment by card - non-cash payment from a bank card through the Mono Acquiring payment system without using classic payment terminals. You can pay for your order without leaving your home with a card from any bank.
After placing the order, our manager will call you back to clarify the details of the order.
Delivery:
Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by the courier service Nova Poshta - to the office or by courier to the address you specified.
Sending your order by courier service is carried out on the day of the order, if you placed the order before 15.00. The next day if you place an order after 15.00. Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an SMS message with the express waybill number.
Delivery time for your order is 1-3 days. The list of delivery cities and the work schedule of branches can be found on the website of the courier service “Nova Poshta”.
